February Update!

FINALLY!! An update! I've been trying to post for the past week, but had no luck getting into this screen. I'll blame it on dial up :) (I took your advice Kim, it may have worked!) Not that we have anything really exciting to report on, but here is some of the latest...

Well, we finally got rid of these critters! The 2 males left first, and no one seemed to want these 4 females. We had been gone for a few days one week, and when I finally spent a day at home, I realized they HAVE TO GO! It was Thursday lunch when Henry & I decided they had until the weekend, and we prayed about it at lunch. I advertised them between 3 & 4, and by 5 the next day they were all gone. Not sure why they didn't sell the first time, maybe my ad sounded desperate enough the second time. Our prayers were answered, and I believe the puppies were supposed to live, therefore the quick sell!

Happy Valentine's Day!

We traded Dexter for Isabella one night in mid Feb. Jada invited Dexter over for a sleep over so they could watch hockey night in Canada. This is a HUGE thrill to Dexter, because he does not have this priviledge at home. So Isabella came and spent the night with us. Jeziah claimed this as his sleepover, but all they spent the night in Raquel's room! Making memories...

This month it was Raquel's turn to be awarded for her good behavior & academics in school! She missed out on the presentation at assembly because she was at home sick, but was thrilled to find this award sitting on her desk when she got back to school.

I will share more in the near future, just wanted to get this done before February is officially over!
